Travel & Stay
We are so excited to celebrate with you in Sweden! Most events will take place just outside of Stockholm, in a beautiful countryside retreat surrounded by forests, lakes, and the magic of Midsummer.
✈️ Getting There
From Stockholm Arlanda Airport, it’s about a 40–50 min drive to Björnbacka.
We’re planning to rent a couple of cars and may be able to help with some airport pickups, please share your arrival details in advance and we’ll do our best to coordinate.
Renting a car is only necessary if you want the freedom to go off and explore on your own.

🌸 Theme & Attire
The theme is floral and pastel (think soft summer colors and flower crowns).
Please wear comfortable shoes, our ceremony will include hiking, and be ready for adventure throughout the weekend.
Sweden’s summer weather is unpredictable. Bring a light jacket and be ready for rain, just in case.
🎉 What to Expect
Midsummer Vibes: If you arrive earlier on June 19 or spend part of the day in Stockholm, you’ll have the option to explore local Midsummer Eve festivities this is when traditional maypole dancing, music, and celebrations happen around the region. It’s completely optional, but a fun way to experience a bit of Swedish tradition before heading to the venue.
Our Ceremony: If weather allows, our ceremony will involve a short and beautiful hike. If the weather doesn't cooperate, our backup ceremony space is indoors at the retreat.
Activities: This will be a weekend with a mix of movement, relaxation, and time in nature. We’ll share more details as we get closer, but come prepared for fresh air and a little adventure.
